Consequently, extension and major revisions of the text were called for in the preparation of the fourth edition, which, with the inclusion of many excellent new photographs, is now presented in an attractive modern setting. The dust jacket has a small closed tear down the top edge of the spine and the price is unclipped. The book remains tight and very tidy.
